King Asphalt successfully completed the parking lot construction for the FedEx Facility in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The scope of work included paving all perimeter roads of the FedEx Facility, as well as heavy-duty paving for FedEx delivery vehicles and standard-duty employee parking areas. The total area paved amounted to approximately 17 acres, which required the placement of approximately 50,750 square yards of HD 5” asphalt and 21,960 square yards of Standard Duty 2.5” asphalt.
The project commenced in September 2022 and was completed in December 2022, demonstrating King Asphalt’s commitment to delivering projects within the designated timeframe.
